I never thought I would be going to Scandinavia on this trip but after traveling in the Baltic for a week, and Tallinn being so close to Finland, I decided to hop on a ferry and see what the area has to offer. Turns out, it was amazing despite the shift in living cost on the upscale side coming from Poland and the Baltic. Mind you it is crazy expensive as I was expecting but boy don't they have a great "hygge" up in here. A truly fun experience.
First up, Helsinki for 3 days before making my way back to Poland through Sweden and Denmark. Helsinki has its charm, with the unexpectedly fun "island-hopping" experience, and a wonderful and lively city center. Architecture is top-notch, something I would expect from Scandinavia. Too bad I didn't get the chance to go to Lapland. It would have been a great time to see the aurora again, but hey, I saw it in Russia a few months back. Can't keep spoiling myself :P
